WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

At THE | CUT, we aim to get your gear out the door as quickly as possible.

Australian Orders

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Delivery timeframes within Australia generally range from 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

International Orders

  • We proudly ship worldwide using trusted carriers including Australia Post, FedEx and UPS.
  • International orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times will be displayed where available during checkout.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may be impacted by factors outside our control, including peak periods, customs processing, weather events, or carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

THE | CUT is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. While we will always do our best to assist with amendments prior to dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Express Shipping

Selecting an expedited shipping option affects the delivery speed once your parcel has been dispatched. Orders are still processed in the order they are received; however, most orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.
