Sizing & Fit
What does "one size fits most" mean?

The DIALLED Rope Cap and COLD CUT Beanies are designed to fit the majority of head sizes comfortably. The cap features a plastic snapback closure that adjusts to suit most fits, and the beanie has a natural stretch that accommodates a range of sizes.
Will it fit a larger head?

Our current range is designed to fit most head sizes, but we do acknowledge it may not suit exceptionally large heads. Offering multiple sizing options is something we're working toward as the brand grows — watch this space.
How does the cap adjust?

The DIALLED Rope Cap uses a plastic snapback closure at the rear, making it easy to dial in your preferred fit on the course.

How do I clean my cap?

Hand wash only using cold water and a mild detergent. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry or iron. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.

Cold gentle hand wash recommended. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron. Avoid soaking the leather label. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
What are the caps and beanies made from?

The DIALLED Rope Cap is made from quick-dry, water-resistant performance fabric with breathable perforated side and rear panels. The COLD CUT Beanie is made from 100% acrylic knit for a soft, warm feel through the cooler months, finished with a folded cuff and leather THE | CUT branded label.

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed and dispatched the same day if placed before 3pm, or the following day for orders placed after 3pm. Delivery within Australia is typically 1–7 business days depending on your location — metro areas are usually next day or two, while regional and remote areas may take up to 7 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your label is created.
How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use this to follow your parcel through Australia Post's tracking system.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — The Cut ships to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. International shipping times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays outside our control. All orders include tracking so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We move fast to get your order out the door, so please contact us at hello@thecutbrand.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Product & Restocking
Will sold out colourways come back?

It depends on demand. Some colourways will return if there's enough interest, while others may be retired in favour of new ones. The best way to stay across new drops and restocks is to sign up to our email list — you'll get early access before anyone else.
How many colourways are available?

The DIALLED Rope Cap currently comes in Navy and Burgundy. The COLD CUT Beanie is available in Black, Grey, Burgundy, Army Green and Navy. New colourways drop periodically — follow us on Instagram @thecut_golf to stay in the loop.
